I have an opt 11 and i need to provide zero function on the meridian mail to send the operator calls to another location in another city.

work around and comments:
what is the 0 out now? out that dn, leaving it vacant. put it back in an a maxp 1 acd ncfw to the off prem dn.,.

that may work.. if not prt one of the mail acd sets.. match ncos and tgar to a test phone, try the call.. add cfxa and fna and forward that phone to 9 plus.. call it from internal, then external
a few of those steps will help you decide if the block in a system param, station param or mail.. do some testing and if you get blocked let us know the test results
