Option 11 voice mail messages speeded up?

Hi All!

I have complaints that when a caller hears the users voice mail greeting the speech is sped up. The user also complains that the left/stored messages are also sped up when listening to them. It is an intermittant trouble...what could the problem be?
 
that is a user option, set it to default and modify the class of service for THAT user to block them changing it. can't help with how without knowing the mail type

This is happening on a Meridian Mail Rls 13. It is happening to more than just one person, and it is sporatic. It may happen on one call, but not the next (for the same mailbox). This customer had a power fail over the weekend (if that helps).

Could have a Hard Drive going bad, I've had garbeled messages off and on and that's what it was.
 
so that weren't fast just trashed, funny how far off you get if you listen to users.. i always try to dup the trouble because of being burned once or twice. did you down the port until you can replace the vp? it's under system status (opt 5) ? didn't bring the mail home today
