Option 11 Octupus cable for Mail codes to PMS

Does anyone know the part number of the cable that links in to the mail system card option on the 11? This cable plugs in to the RMS daughter board. The NTP is a little vague and suggests wiring to a punch down block. Has anyone done this before?

i have but i don't have the pin outs anymore.. my cable would not work so tech support gave me the pinouts at the time
