Optimize delete query

How would I optimize the below query so it would not lock the table?

Delete from tableA where tableAid = 12345 OR tableAid = 54321

Don't know if this will make a difference but give it a try

Delete from tableA with (rowlock) where tableAid = 12345 OR tableAid = 54321
