Opt 61C Controler Card

I have a problem of 500 set link timing for transfering a call has to be below 300ms or it will drop the call. This is only on the 2 shelves of loop 4. Loop 20 does not seem to have this problem.

I am told that it is a possiblity of the 2 controler cards for the 2 shelves in loop 4 needs to be disabled and reenabled. Has anyone else had a situation like this?

Do that disable/enable and you will see. Logically, that's correct or the board is defective

I think this is going to have to be done after hours next week as this will shut down the whole shelf and this is a hospital, but i am going to try it.

i also work for some hospitals. but when it's a needed, so do it... and have a controller card for spare with in case of...
