Opt.11C Succession 3.0 BUG0266

I have a 2500 set programmed with a DID DN (MARP), this is needed in order to have an auxillary ringer. Also programmed are about 10 M3904/3903 with MCR with the same DID DN. Every so often the 500 set would hang in a busy state, thus no auxlillary ringer. If I pickup the handset on the 2500 set the maintenance terminal shows BUG0266 and the 2500 set goes idle.
Temporary fix, remove DID DN from all digital sets.
Is there a permament fix or patch for this problem? If so, what is the fix or patch number.

if i remember right you need mcra in the cls for the analog, i've never seen this problem, and i do use that setup for area ringers.. could the port or set be bad, or have you checked that

Thanks johnpoole, yes the 2500 TN is programmed cls mcra and I changed the the TN and then the card. No change. I am trying to see if this is known problem with rel.3.0
