Opsman win 2008

Hello,

I have enterprise manager installed and working on Windows 2008 server 64 bit. Opsman however fails to install with the following error message:

IIS is not installed.

IIS/FTP is installed and active. I have also changed IIS to run in 32 bit mode as mentioned in the tech handbook.

Any ideas as I've run out?

(MCD 4.1 / Entman 6.2 / Opsman 9.2)

64 bit will not work Opsman relies on Java as well and this is probably giving you the issue.

Rebuild as a 32 bit server if you want it to work with support from Mitel

Thanks for the reply. I noticed in the release notes that opsman is NOT supported on 64bit. Annoying thing is the top of the notes states it is supported under entman. Should read the whole notes next time :0)
