Hey Guys,

So I am setting up a USB Epson TM-U220B on one of the terminals.
I tried setting it up both as a Windows Printer and also using OPOS and neither works.

If I do it as a Windows Printer, I can print from the terminal (a test page) and Aloha shows no warning message, but then it does not print anything on it.
Does the printer need to be shared in this case?

If I do it as OPOS, with Epson software installed and so on, I get a message either saying that the printer is offline, or saying that there is a communication issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Juan

Nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out I am an idiot :)

Juan, what did you do the fix the issue?

Thanks,

Zach

Zach, in my case I configured the printer as a windows printer.
The reason why it was not printing before it's because I had not assigned to to a group (Kitchen in my case)

This thread may be of some help as well:
