Opnion Required: Best extensible code generator for C#

I don’t know what Olymars is doing but I think the code generator should be integrated in a tool that should do more than a simply model and software design.
I have knowledge about the last Borland products such MDA (Model Driven Architecture ) and Together.
There is an agile modeling tool.
The UML (Unified Modeling Language ) is part of these tools and it is used to generate code in C# or others languages.
Together product keeps models and code synchronized and much more.
