I am looking for an IDE that is going to help me in the work force. I was wondering if learning JBuilder is worth the time, and if it is very difficult to learn or not. I am comfortable with Java syntax, but would like to increase my marketability. Any responses are welcome.

JBuilder is to me very intuitive.
It's also widely used in the industry so knowing it at least won't hurt.
