Opinion on VOIP phones 1

We are a call center of roughly 300 people. Preparing to go VOIP.

Other than the 2050 softphone, and 2004. Is there any opinion on other Nortel IP phones one would recommend for IP ACD agents?
 
Well it looks like the 1150E is the phone of choice.

I know orginaly I asked for the 2050 to be excluded, but does anyone run these for call center agents on a mass scale?
 
DO NOT GET THE i2004s as those are phasing out ... definitely stick with the 1100 series. Plus the 1100 series will do Gigabit to the desktop when you upgrade your switches down the road. ;)
 
The 2050's are a good fit if your agent's are working from home and have a broadband Internet connection, but the sound quality will most likely fluctuate, as there is no way to guarantee QoS on the Internet link.
