Opinion on the Altigen product?

Does anyone have an opinion on the Altigen product? I currently service Nortel ICS and BCM and have a chance to get some training on the Altigen product. Good, Bad, Love it or do ya hate it.

And tell me if you have had any experience with Trixbox or Allworx.
