Firstly, I wanna say thanks to everyone that helped me out with my last two issues!!!

Here is my question:

Is it possible to change the settings of the operator after hours?

To be more specific...

During the day, if someone dials in they get the auto attendant. If they dial 0 it rings a hunt group of three people. However, I want to set it up so that after hours instead of just ringing those 3 people, it will ring ALL sets.

Is it possible?

here is an example, replace members with what ever sets you want to ring.

Go into Services/RingingService/RingingGroup/01/Scan and remove 221,Show set 343 (voice mail DN) an Assign it.
Go into Services/RingingService/SchedNight/ and change to Auto, press next until you see Line settings and add all your lines to group 01.
Go into Services/RingingService/CommonSettings/ControlSets/forLines and make it receptions DN for each line. This in case you want to override night service.
Go into Services/RingingService/CommonSettings/ScheduleTimes/ and change each day to 5pm or whatever you require.
Program a F871 key on reception set to override if need.

I think he still wants AA in front, with all sets for 0.

Have you thought about using Aux ringer contact and Pickup?

Yea, an easy fix to this is to not use zero as the operator function at night. Record a seperate CCR tree for nights and have the caller press 7 to ring the after hours operator. Then have that transfer to a hunt group that rings all phones. You can then add the hunt group extension as an alternate extension in the operator's voice mailbox. If the call goes unanswered, it will transfer back to the voicemail system based upon the trasfer callback timer and end up in the correct mailbox.

I was thinking that was going to be the answer, thanks everyone!

Unless someone on site is exceptionally techno-savvy, and is always there every night, that could be a wish and a prayer.

Note to norvaya- Dbrewsky raises a good point. Enhancing the one-button night mode settings would make your customers happy.
