Here is the situation.I have 2 greeting tables set up on a NAM 4.1 ,1st table has a alternate operator extention for nite ringing say 2229 and table 2 has 2221 as its operator extention. Why does greeting table 1's operator seem to have precedence over all the other Greeting tables. If i switch the ringing service to the second greeting table it still seems to reconize table 1s operator.Even if i change Feature 982 it seems to have no effect. Is there a remedy for this?

This may be a stupid question, but is 2229 cfb/cfna to 2221, or is the prime line on the lines answered by table 1 set for 2221?

no its not.Prime for all the system lines is extension 2221.

under operator status"f 982" u set the company operator..the "0" option off table will go to the attenend you assign to the table but after that you will get what ever u set in operator status

I solved the promblem. You have to have the Atdn setting in all tables set to 0000.Then you use the "F 982" and it will go only to the operator that you set. lugerlover you were partly right but it seemed to only work porperly doing it this way. Thanks for the info.
