operator problem

am having problems with my operator councels (1//dgf 10/1 r2a t01 98w22) tehy are conected to ELU25 R3A ROF 137536/2, some times they operator ext. just gos on and off on its own, and some times either teh operator cant hear teh sub. or teh other way round, BLDBI and then RFBOI seems to solve teh problem for some time then i seem to have the same problem again. The operator am having problems with is the 36780, 36781 works fine

I can see two ways to try to solve this case.
1.
Use an ELU-28 for the OPI-II (TYPE=5), instead of an ELU-25 board. This is possible in BC11.
2.
We had the same problem with OPI-II (TYPE=5), because one operator used a non-approved headset. When the microphone was muted, the OPI went into night posistion!!
So, check also the heasets used in this case.
