We have a customer that we recently moved a MICS and upgraded to 7.0XC with a PRI for incoming lines.
The operator complains that she cannot always tell if the call is internal or external. All calls ring in on intercom keys and then go to SWCA keys after the call is answered.
Since I have not been able to duplicate this problem, does anyone have any suggestions? Could this simply be someone calling from a number with CID block so the display doesn't show anything?
