openwindows and exceed problem!

Hi all,
I try to connect solaris 2.8 machine via exceed. I have to use openwindows because the running software depends on it.
When I login with root account, it looks fine - it opens all the windows. BUT when I try to login with the end-user account, it asks me the username+password (means I get graphical screen), but after this, nothing happens. no window opened.
telnet login are running fine with the end-user account.
Where is the problem? May I should write something in any login script, maybe about the DISPLAY variable?

Does it work if the end-user chooses CDE instead of OpenWindows?

Does the application work under CDE, or do you really need to use OpenWindows?

If so, try creating a new user, just to test, and see if OpenWindows will work for that user. If so it may be something to do with the .dtprofile file in the end-user's home directory, or something under ~/.dt, in which case you can probably delete them and try again.
