can any one please guide me to remove the below parameters from ITSP profile
is it possible or not

Go to Voice Gateway then under your chosen ITSP tick the box for Show Extended SIP Provider Data. That's the only place it could be.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.
