Dear all,
Just for information the ACWin will be phased out this month , the replacement is the existing Concierge which is a solution in the call center portfolio, Unify plan to have the ACwin back in starting form the second half of the next year after finding a replacement for the third party H323 stack.
Sorry for breaking like that but I liked to share that information.
