Opening Snap-Ins slow...

I have created several snap-in shortcuts for myself for AD users and RRAS and things I often work on. Problem is sometimes when I click them they will not open, I'll click them repeatedly and then they will start opening. It has taken up to almost a minute. Same with any .msc files as well, actually I can't get that one to open at all. It seems to start to open ie. hourglass, then just decides I don't need to work on that right now. It is not real critical, but it is a pain in the neck! Matt Wray
