hi guys, please help, does any one know what rights or permission i have to set in order for one of my users to be able to open anyones email in outlook, or basicalls other peoples mailbox when he is in outlook, its a AD windows 2000 environment, exchange 2000 and outlook 2000/XP please help thanks

I cannot explain any different then it was by Dan in that thread. The answer there was correct so that is what you need to do and nothing else.
If you have problems with certain settings and their meanings, it is all in the Help file, use it, that is what it is there for.
