Opening htm attachments from published app

Hi, I run Lotus Notes 5 on XPe Win2k servers, and I can't open htm files from the published app. I get the error "Unable to locate program" then IE opens to the default page. They open fine running Notes from a desktop session. Has any one seen this error before?

Hi, afterwards I found an MS Q doc which described the issue, Q290751. I tested this and it works! thanks for responding tho
