Okay, we'll take a guess.
For the control, the door shortcode needs to be configured on Site A (lets say *99). Site B needs a short code (lets say *88) which is set with the telephone number *99 and the line ID of the line from site B to site A.
As for the Avaya Universal Doorphone Controller. Never seen one so don't know.
Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
