Opening a word-document with javascript

I can open the Word-application and i can put text in the opened document, all with javascript. But i want to place text at a predefined postion in the document.

I know how this works with PHP (opening a Word-application at server side). Here i used bookmarks in the word-document, but how does this work with javascript?
