Opening a PDF file ... and stuff

Hi,

part of me thinks this should be a snap ... and then reality sets in. Where do I begin? I have searched in this forum. I've also googled. Either the posts are interesting but the users started in the middle or I have no clue what the code is trying to do.

1. I would like to open a PDF file.
2. I would like to copy the entire text contents (to the clipboard, I presume).
3. I then want to paste that in Excell.

I'm doing this manually right now. Through code I could really spead things up by processing a folders worth of files at a time, code naming files and the like.

Any instructions that I can run with?
