Openeing a form on a specfic record

Hi,

I have a problem and I cannot work out the solutions.

I have a form (Desktop Datasheet Form) with a butten that opens another form (Desktop calls 20Min) what what to do is when a user preses the button the Desktop calls 20Min form opens at the same record that the Desktop Datasheet Form is currently on.

Any ideas
