Open shared calendar automatically

One of my users is getting annoyed with opening the same 5 shared calendars every day she starts Outlook 2003.
Can this be solved by settings/options or by a piece og vba code or macro?

The following works for OL2K, not sure about OL2K3.

Open OL2K then open all the shared calendars.

At the end of the day, or whenever the user closes OL, have the user use the File ->exit and log off command instead of Exit or the X.

The next time the user opens OL the 5 calendars (and any other OL item they had left open when they closed OL) will open at the same time.

This feature is known and was used in the time that we had OL2K.
In OL3K the opening of shared calendars is IN the same window and not in separate windows, giving a netter overview over the other 5 employees.
