Hi,When you are in word for example and you click on open or save as etc. In that box on the lefthand side are some shortcuts to my computer my documents etc. How can I add more to this so I have a shortcut to patches on my c drive. what registry hack do I need to do this.
The machine is XP OR 2003
Thanks

Do this:

1. Open up Microsoft Word.
2. FILE > OPEN
3. From the LOOK IN, browse to the folder you want to have a shortcut for and go inside the folder.
4. Next, choose TOOLS > ADD TO MY PLACES.
5. Your new shortcut will be to the left side as you like it.

Hope this helps. Let me know.
