Go to properties of the user you want them to have rights to. Then goto Exchange Advanced tab and mailbox rights. Give the user who you want to have rights in here. Dan

i am sorry, can you show me how i get there, thanks

Like I said...

Go to properties of the user (AD Users and Computers)
then goto Exchange Advanced tab
then mailbox rights

I can't explain it any better than that. Dan

When you are in the active directory users and computers mmc
click on view then check advanced features.
Now when you go into the properties of a user you will now see the Exchange Advanced tab.
