Open Other Folder in Outlook

I am viewing and managing Outlook Emails through an Access application. I have saved all of the emails to a personal Folder (pst file) on the network, but only one user can access the file at the same time. So I need to reconnect to the pst file. In Outlook, you use files>open>personal folders file. I want to automate this from VBA and can't find any documentation.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
