We currently use Exchange 2000 and user folders for resource scheduling. There are several conference rooms, and each room has its own "user" that has a calendar for meeting requests. The recommended setup for Resource Scheduling. We have a handful of people in charge of maintaining the rooms schedules, and they would like to open all calendars at the same time to see which rooms are available when somebody calls. Currently they have to go to File->Open->Other user's folder or select from the bottom of that list for EACH calendar. Is there a way, perhaps in Visual Basic, to open each folder with a macro button? The rooms themselves do not change so there would be no need to "For each" looping.
