One of our customers is running a new Windows 2000 network in native mode with new Dell PowerEdge servers. They run a medical practice package called MultiAccess from IMPAC. When I went into Computer Management to check for open files, I found many files with "no access" in the Open Mode column. This does not appear to affect the operation of the software, and neither the support techs nor the engineers at IMPAC know why this is happening. They said that the only reference they could find to anything like this is a bug in Small Business Server. This system is running Win 2000 Server, not SBS.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Any ideas about where to look for info? I didn't find anything in the KB.
