Open IP Agent in Alternate Interface Mode?

Is this possible? Using IP Agent R7 in shared control mode to make it easier on the agent to select aux reason codes. Want to deploy to the user and have program startup in Titlebar view.

Can't find an option to do this. Is there a switch option I place in the shortcut? A registry key that is not part of the import/export?

Any help would be appreciated.
