There exist a XTension (id2q) from Markzware, that make it possible to import ID1 & 2 documents into QuarkXPress.

Have you had any success with this XT? This Markzware XT cannot support many of the features of InDesign (such as tables and transparency). InDesign is usually chosen over Quark because of these advanced features... meaning that if someone wanted to dumb down a design document into Quark compatibility, they would have originally designed in Quark. Unless your InDesign document is very simple, this XT is not worth the trouble.
You may be better off rebuilding the document from scratch.
