open folder at startup

Any one know where i can turn anything off where when win2k server start up, it opens a folder, where it is not even in Startup Folder

Open up your registry and go to :

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and check for any executables that don't actually exist on your system. If you find one, delete it.
