Open Files - Arcserve 6.61

Does anyone know why Arserve thinks that so many files are open when backing up an NT server ?

It says it has sucessfully backed up open file xxxx but the files are not open.

I suppose I shouldn't mind as long as it's backed it up but would be interested to know why it thinks it's open.

More details required on the exact environent/patch levels of software, files being flagged as open etc.

ArcserveIT for windows NT
Version 6.61 Build 834SP2A

The files being flagged as open are some users files (documents, spreadsheets etc). Even more confusing is that some of them don't exist in the locations specified.

It doesn't seem to affect the backup which reports as completed sucessfully it's just a bit strange.
