Open file with default programe

I have installed on my machine two AutoCad applications, ACAD2002 and ADTr3
Both programes save files with the extention as .dwg
When I double click a dwg file, it opens in ADT, which I dont want, I want it to open in ACAD. Both programs' .exe files are called acad.exe
Even if I right click on the dwg file, and Open With, then browse to D:\acad2002\acad.exe and save that....it still opens with ADT..(D:\ADT\acad.exe)
How can I default it to open in cad and not adt?

ps...I installed ADT first....

Try right-clicking the file you want to open-> select open with and browse to the program. Make sure to check the check box to Always use this program... Matt Wray
