Open file Agent Keeps Failing

Hi

Hope someone has some ideas for me.

The open file agent of backup exec keeps failing to initialise.

The Server is a hpnetserver running ms small business server. The backup is scheduled to run at night.Sometimes works - mostly does not.

We have set the time for OFA to its minimum.

Has anyone else had problems with OFA?
