Open Excel document in VB application MDI form

Hello:

I would like to open an Excel document in a VB MDI form. I can open the document with automation, but, I want to have it open on a form that will be part of my vb app. Thanks for your suggestions.
 
Use an OLE control from the standard control collection

You can create a form and then load your application (whatever it may be) into with the handle of that form set to the owner. Do a search on setwindowowner and shellexecute APIs for a hint.
