Have a doorphone on a BCM450 Release 1 which works fine. Every now again about once a month the open button that appears on the T7316e screen disappears until we power cycle the PABX. Anyone seen this?

i suppose it is a Digital Doorphone correct? Do you have DOC also connected?

Apply latest patching and try to use the Doorphone on another digital port for testing.
