Open AD Users & Computers tool as Admin

I need to know how to open the AD Users & COmputers tool as an administrator automatically instead of always left-clicking to select "Run-As" ... is there a way to automate this?

Have you tried creating a separate MMC console and add AD Users and Computers to it. Save it as ADUSERS.MSC and then you can create a shortcut to it with a /RUNAS:<youradminacct>

if you are a member of the Domain Admins group you could just click on the MMC.
