Open a Link with Popup window with defined size

Hallo there

I want to use in my Cognos Report a link
say

http://www.google.com/+

[TESTID]+ target=_blank
and when this link opens in new window, the size of window should be width=780, height=260.

Can anyone tell me how I can do this.

The link is not fixed. I want to add the parameters to it from the Query.
