Open a blank Window not part of navigation flow

Hi,

Is there a way of opening a separate blank window that is presented as a link but not part of the overall structure (linkage) of the system? If u c what I mean

Hey Sam,

I'm confused as to what you want to do. Do you want the window to open when they click on a link or open when the page loads? Also, is the url for the new window fixed or is it a dynamic link.

Its Ok, I found some code that I had been experimenting with an Ive managed to get it working.

What I want is to offer a link that opens another window (that the user can close if they wish that queries a DB)
