OpC30-1026 Error installing ITO Agent on NT system

Hi,
we have some problem installing ITO Agent A.05.00 on a WinNT 4 Server with Service Pack 6.

We use manual installation and all seems to be ok, agents start ok. But when we want to distribute templates next error occurs:

08/09/01 11:21:23 ERROR opcctla (Control Agent)(306) [genctla.c:7782]: The ITO Distribution Agent reported an unexpected error. (OpC30-1026)

Anybody knows how to solve it?

I don't know, sorry - but I'd appreciate it if, when you find the solution, you could post it here as well. I would bet that I'm going to come across the problem.... Mike

Is there any communication problems between the node and the Mgmt Server??. Have you tried to install it locally with the Agente package??. Does the node resolve the Mgmt Server FQDN correctly??. Is there a firewall in the middle??

Well, we have done lots of things but it doesn't work:

-There is'nt a firewall in the middle.
-Local install seems to be good (the last message in DOS console is ok) but in message browser appers the message.
-The node resolve Mgmt Server FQDN correctly.
-All communications between node and server (ITO 5.11) are good.
-We have done lots of traces with HP support and there is no solution.
-We have tried with Service Pack 5 and all is GOOD.
...

So, we think is a problem with Service Pack 6a. Is it?

I installed agent on nt 4.0 and service pack 6a without any problem.

have you check opcerror? what does opcerror or say?
