OnTimer not appearing

I'm trying to make a form that has a function that runs on its own at a
given time each day. The form is described here:

The problem I'm having is that when I create the form, I need to set the
OnTimer function to something, but when i click properties in the design
view, all I see are the mouse events (click, dbl click, mouse down,
mouse move, mouse up). Any idea how to get the OnTimer Event to appear?

Click the dark grey area off of the form grid area to get the form's properties. Sounds like you are looking at a form section's properties.
