Only show enabled Apps on Nfuse?

I have disabled apps. in Metaframe. On the Nfuse page they still show up, I assume because they are still published to user groups. Is there any way to only have enabled apps. show on the nfuse page?
I don't want to unpublish them, I might have to reenable them again.
