I have a form with a check box for every record. This is diplayed in a report. I only want the check boxes that are checked to be displayed in the report, as opposed to all of them. How do I do this? Thanks!!

Only displaying "checked" checkboxes

In the query that is the record source for your report, put Yes as the criteria for your checkbox field....
