ISSUE: I have created a VPN for a single user in a remote office to connect to the main office. I tested the VPN as Administrator and it works fine. However, when I logon as the remote user the connection is established, an IP is provided by the destination LAN DHCP server, however, the remote user cannot ping or browse the destination network.
BACKGROUND: Using a SONICWALL Pro230 w/ latest firmware and Sonic Global VPN CLient 2.0.
Destination Network and Remote Network are two different domains. No trust exists. Rather, single machine being used by remote server has been joined to the destination domain and the remote user is logging onto the computer using a locally stored profile from the destination domain.
I have checked to ensure the remote user has all of the same permissions in User Access on the Sonicwall as the Administrator.
Any ideas? Thanks
