OneX Mobile Client - Where is the dialpad? 2

Hey all,

I setup OneX on our 8.0 IPO, I have OneX Mobile for IPO loaded on a Droid and it works great. Another user has OneX Mobile Preferred for IP Office loaded on his iPhone, and it is missing one piece.. the dialpad!

He can IM, listen to voicemails, use Geo... in the Status Bar it shows "available" and the two green buttons for Geo and Connection Status.

Any idea how to get the dial pad to show up? Did we load the correct app?

On the left side of those two rounds Geo and GPS there is a tiny little arrow.
Press it and it will show up.

Im looking at it and there is no arrow. I see the arrow on the Droid, it will show/collapse the dialpad and the little phone. The iPhone does not have it.

Any other suggestions?

Can someone post the exact app to use with iPhone?

gold your finger on the the status bar where Available and the 2 green buttons are and then slide it to the right.

Thanks, but i thought you where talking about the Android and then there is an arrow.
I had this problem a couple of days too and indeed you need to slide.
