OneBox message notification issue

Hi there.
Check that the MWI has a V set in the first "folder" of the OneBox mailbox setting - for each mailbox.
Check the Windows Event viewer does not show faults concerning AT_MWI.

Hi,
There is no issues with the connection, MWI stops working in the phone set (SIP 6731i) but it works after restarting the phone set,
so the user needs to restart his phone sets every now and then
can this issue be coz the phones firmware ?
the MXONE is 5.0 SP5 and firmware loaded in phone sets is 3.3.1.4295
